Highly recommended if you’re in Rochester! So happy I found Koko lounge. Super professional, makes you feel at ease and I was very impressed by the results! As always absolutely brilliant visit. I'd booked to have my Gel Nails replaced with a different colour. I also had a patch test for an eyelash tint. I'd thoroughly recommend Ace Studios, especially if you feel like being pampered! Check out the range of treatments on offer. I'm thinking of booking a facial in the very near future!! I also feel the added bonus of supporting a local business encourages me to pamper myself!!

Wonderful experience - it was my first proper time having a pedicure and a Hollywood wax and as soon as I walked through the door it felt immediately comfortable like I was visiting a friend! Would 100% recommend, very professional and will be coming back for sure for more 😂😆

I was a model for Ria and had dermaplaning and little facial. Everything from start to finish was utter perfection! Ria explained everything precisely and ensured that I was comfortable throughout! I had a Swedish massage and facial with Hannah today and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the space felt so calm and welcoming, with soft lighting and a beautiful, relaxing aroma. The massage itself was incredible, the pressure was absolutely perfect and I left feeling completely relaxed, lighter and refreshed. Hannah is so lovely, she made me feel comfortable straight away and the whole experience was amazing. I can’t recommend her enough and I already can’t wait to come back!

Leah is extremely professional but also very friendly , cheerful and made me feel so at home. Her pricing is quite competitive to be fair so we don’t have to break the bank for a proper wax! Very clean premises, ample parking space and easy access off the main road. It was a 10/10 service for me to be honest. Thanks so much Leah☺️

Lovely first experience, from lovely Sonja booking me in short notice throughout my appointment I couldnt recommended enough! I'm currently heavily pregnant and a day before my csection I had lashes done and eyebrows waxed, i was booked in with Indre for my lashes and couldn't do enough for me she made sure i was comfortable throughout and I felt so at ease throughout my appointment. Roberta was booked for my waxing and extremely kindly came in purely just for my wax appointment on her day off which I'm extremely grateful for! The ladies were so kind and so friendly and I would 100% be back!!
