I’m so glad I’ve found such a talented beauty therapist who not only offers a fantastic range of treatments but is also incredibly warm, welcoming, and hilariously funny to be around. I decided to try intimate wax because shaving was irritating my skin, Kim was the most perfect choice I could wish for. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. Her knowledge and explanation of the process was great, she is definitely a master in her field. Waxing itself went smooth (pun intended!) I had very good experience and my skin feels amazing. It was not pain free, however it’s literally seconds and the results are incredible and so worth it. I’m so happy I won’t ever have to shave again, wish I’d done it sooner. Thank you so much Kim! 😊

I've been having waxes with Michaela for about 4 months now. I'm really noticing a difference in hair growth & the wax is pretty much painless. I'll never go back to a razor! I used to suffer from really bad ingrown hairs & irritation, that's eased off so much since waxing & keeping up with the aftercare. Plus I love the chats! I took my husband in to see Georgia today for hopi ear candling. He is visually impaired. Access into Georgia's was manageable for him with the two wide steps. Georgia was very professional & explained to him what was going to happen during the process & let him hold the wax tubes so he could feel them. Georgia lowered her couch so he could get onto it easily. While it was being done, Georgia had a warm blanket over him & relaxing music playing. He enjoyed the experience. Georgia is a very professional young lady & very talented at everything she does. She kindly held the door as we left

Best ever waxing!! Brazilian wax is something we all suffer through usually, and I never thought there is a place where it is almost completely painless. Janthea is absolutely lovely to talk to, and the knows exactly what she’s doing. This place is perfect for anyone who was always afraid of waxing! Absolute best experience ever!

Ahh Kayla is an absolute angel, I'm sure! My numbing cream didn't really work for my fibroblast & Kayla was so so good at helping me breath through it & being insanely supportive. Then she gave me some seriously beautiful Reiki to ground me so I left super chilled. She's also been fabulous with aftercare advice & questions. If you're wanting to get advanced facial treatments, just go straight to Kayla! I have so much faith & trust in this woman, she's the best in advanced skin treatments, no doubt!

Brilliantly knowledgeable. Very professional and most importantly the V mould wax was fantastic, explained in detail and carried out quickly and with pain kept to a minimum. I recommend any one wanting to get this done to go, it is brilliant!

Wow, where do I begin? Absolutely incredible experience, much more than a facial! Kayla has such a beautiful space & such a welcoming, gorgeous energy. She has so much knowledge. The facial was lush!
