Oh Zarah what an absolute babe you are! I’m obsessed with my lashes every time and retention is always on point 😍 I trust Zarah with basically every hair on my body and she never disappoints!!!! I’ve gone for two separate treatments over the week - lash lift and eyebrow wax and illumi facial. Both women are really good at what they do, the waxing is so gentle and the lash lift very effective. Daniela really knows what she’s doing when it comes to face peels and laser, and ensured the treatment was safe above all else.

I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! I will definitely be booking in for another facial in the future and a regular massage. Thank you so much. Danielle x

Me and my boyfriend had amazing deep cleaning facial done with Daniela. She was super friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. We both now have baby-skin faces and will definitely go again. Being from South Africa, I desperately needed to find a good waxing clinic. Yana was absolutely professional and thorough with my wax. Usually, after a wax, I still have lots of stray hairs that are missed but Yana really got them all. The space is beautiful and clean as well. I highly recommend this place- you won’t regret it at all.

I had my first lymphatic face massage today. It was incredible, signe has magic hands !. Best massage I have ever had on my face. I can also say the same about the neck, shoulder and back massage too.

Really pleased with the results of my hair and my waxing. Eve and Lucy were friendly, polite and listened to what I wanted. Would definitely recommend them. Eve is the beautician and Lucy the hairdresser :)

I recently used the Celluma device for a week at home, l found the results amazing! Skin appearance was improved on back and top of my arms using the blue light, on my face, neck and leg scar l used the red light . Charlotte was very helpful with explaing how to use the machine and it's benefits within the clinic setting which was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Charlotte and her clinic.

I was apprehensive about my appointment because of my previous experience but within minutes of being there I felt so comfortable. April was incredibly friendly and kind. This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!
