After my 3rd session I’m seeing a significant difference. Where normally I would need to shave a small stubble DAILY! Or have regular waxing. I’m now shaving every few weeks if that. My skin is so very smooth as there are areas no hair has returned full stop. I’m having full leg incl. bikini & lip/chin. I have dark coarse hair & I’m embarrassed to say that being peri menopausal hairs spouted on my chin which made me so conscious. It’s completely comfortable & pain free (tiny twinges in certain areas where hair follicle close the surface) Can’t recommend this enough. Thanks Jo

It was my first booking here and oh my god was it amazing. I feel so relaxed and felt very comfortable throughout the appointment, she sent me off into a relaxing world of my own. I highly recommend Rosalind, she’s incredibly friendly and honestly a miracle worker. I loved the little debrief she gave me after the appointment on where she had found tension or knots. Today I had a de lux micro needling facial which was fantastic.The whole experience was fabulous and with great results .As always Kacey was very professional and friendly making feel so relaxed.Thank you!!

had a lash lift and a little eyebrow wax done with eve today , it’s very out of my comfort zone but eve made me feel very comfortable whilst i was there and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better appointment/experience

Rosalind made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her skills are exceptional. I booked a pregnancy massage and a luxury facial, both of which were amazing, relaxing, and heavenly. The experience was akin to a luxury spa, without the need for a long drive, and the pricing was very affordable considering the duration of the treatments and the expertise of the therapist.

Wow! Had the most amazing facial with Kacey today! Cannot fault one thing, she is so friendly and welcoming. The treatment room is lush, nicely decorated, the couch was heated and super cosy. I didn't want the treatment to end. I was so relaxed that for the time ever during a treatment I could have dozed off! I asked Kacey some skincare questions and she was really helpful and knowledgeable. She didn't push me to book any further treatments but I certainly will be doing. 100% recommend!

A lovely salon and very friendly and welcoming. I have treatments with Eve who is very skilled at what she does. Again very friendly and gives good advice on her treatments. I find her very approachable and easy to talk to. I trusted Eve to pick the shape and colour for my brow lamination, tint & wax and for the eye lash lift and tint, she’s amazing, go give her a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Had a fabulous relaxing massage and facial from Rosalind who was able to get the pressure just right for me on the massage, as I have some back and knee issues . Very professional, warm and friendly service. Will be back !

I went to Kacey to have a de lux micro needling facial,lash curl and eyebrows waxed and tinted.It was a fantastic experience.Very well done,lovely relaxing atmosphere.So much so I kept having to apologise for dropping off to sleep.Enjoyed it so much I have made an appointment to have another one.Would highly recommend going to Kacey.She is very professional and really nice to go with it.

Natalie is always knowledgeable, professional and pragmatic - she won’t suggest something if it doesn’t need doing. The perfect practitioner! Just had my second pumpkin peel/ microneedle facial and my skin is glowing - 5 star always ❤️

I had my wax today and it was honestly the best experience yet. Kacey used a new type of wax that was as close to pain-free as you can get — something I never thought I’d say about a wax! I was so much more relaxed than usual throughout the treatment. As always, the whole experience was fantastic, really relaxing, and done with so much care and professionalism. I always look forward to my visits with Kacey and today was no exception. Thank you so much — highly recommend!

I booked in for a brow wax and massage with Rosalind and had a lovely relaxing experience. Parking was easy and the treatment was room was spotless and relaxing.
