So pleased to find Shasta, superb treatments and such a lovely lady who puts you completely at ease. I'd highly recommend the intimate waxing - I was dreading it but it was pretty much painless and very quick with the hot wax Shasta uses. I'll definitely be coming again, thank you!

Always look forward to getting my nails done by Jess. I come out with beautiful nails and feeling lighter and if I hadnt had my lashes tinted I'd have mascara running down my face; she's provides a listening ear, is hilarious and a damn good beautician.

Sophie got me holiday ready - waxing and gel toes. Even managed to do gel nails whilst I was having my hair coloured, so flexible and accommodating but more importantly the treatments are to a very high standard.

It was my first time at Bay Beauty and had a warm welcome the girls where lovely and chatty ..My nails have been terrible lately so was given advice on what was best for them ..also had waxing done the Lady that did both my treatments was very professional and will definitely be going back again (sorry I'm rubbish with names )

I love my visits to Brooke! I’ve been going for approx 18months now, the salon has a lovely welcoming environment and Brooke is fantastic, so friendly, chatty and immediately puts you at ease. Sophie makes you feel relaxed from the get-go! Sophie is very knowledgeable with years of experience. I’ve already had a spray tan and a full body massage - both highly recommended. With a manicure and a waxing treatment already booked in - I’m looking forward to further sessions! Sophie is a little gem in Forest Hall!
