I have been coming here for over 2 years and there is NOBODY else I would ever go to for intimate waxing. I know I’m in safe hands with Charlotte and she has incredible attention to detail. I just had a facial and it was brilliant. Charlotte also included a shoulder massage. I was so relaxed and cosy by the end of it I could have stayed there much longer. Great service as usual.

The best treatment for my face done by the very knowledgeable and professional Steph. Would recommend to all women of a certain age.

Charlotte did my intimate and underarm waxing today whilst I am 9 months pregnant. This isn’t my first review of Waxology but felt like my experience today needed to be acknowledged and would be helpful for other pregnant ladies wanting to/ thinking of getting waxed late on in their pregnancies. Charlotte was brilliant as always and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The salon benefits from an electric bed which was really nice for being in a comfortable position. It was also a while since my last wax with more growth than usual in between appointments so a special thanks!

Had my first appointment in which we went for a bespoke facial tailored to my skins needs, Pippa explained every step as we went and recommended some products which was really helpful. Overall a really great experience.

I always leave with perfect brows and lashes! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! I also had a lip blush earlier this year and my lips still look amazing! Absolutely love the blush! Can’t recommend Charlotte enough.

Great experience. Was my first facial ever and didn’t know what to expect but I loved it and now feel very hopeful for my acne-prone skin improving over time. Pippa was amazing at explaining the different treatments and recommending products and overall a lovely person as well. I will definitely be going back regularly.

I’m so happy with my lip blush! Charlotte is great, she was really clear about how it’s done and as always she was great company during the treatment! Super clear after care instructions. My lip colour is always perfect now! Love it!

I've been going to Charlotte for laser for a while now and have the occasional wax too, today was a near full body wax! First time for underarms and they feel amazing! Always come away feeling more confident and silky smooth! I never feel embarrassed and you shouldn't! Charlotte is very professional while also being easy going and able to have a good chat!
