I had the most wonderful sculpting facial with Elsa. My skin feels plump, lifted, and has such a healthy glow. I’ve noticed a huge improvement already! Elsa was amazing, so informative, kind, and understanding throughout. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, especially the face and shoulder massage, which melted all my tension away. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and radiant. I thoroughly recommend Elsa, she is exceptional!

I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

Is simply the best hair cut I have after long time I found a grate hair dresser and is meet more then my acceptation she’s very good and knowledgeable to advice what Hair Styles suit my face according I’m really happy to have Vida definitely is my regular hair dresser unfortunately I forgot the name who cuts my hair .

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

Great experience as usual. John did my hair and it is lovely. Perfect cut and colour! The lady who done my eyebrow wax and tint done an amazing job too. Highly recommend

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

It’s always an amazing job by Elsa. A very happy client and big shout out to her for perfect eye brows and upper lip.

Amazing work. I had a Hollywood wax and i would definitely recommend . Lovely staff and the place is lovely . Don’t hesitate to book yourself an appointment, you won’t regret it.

I was very satisfied with my Back Facial / Massage. My back feels deeply exfoliated and so smoothe and my body feels very relaxed, less tense and at ease from the amazing massage given at the end. I had my hair cut from Janna, for the first time at the Salon. I was a bit nervous as I always have my hair cut with Irrina. Both Irrina and Janna are very good. Janna was friendly , personable and knew ecactly how I wanted .my hair cut - graduated bob, with front at chin length and graduated from the back neckline .
