I had the most wonderful sculpting facial with Elsa. My skin feels plump, lifted, and has such a healthy glow. I’ve noticed a huge improvement already! Elsa was amazing, so informative, kind, and understanding throughout. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, especially the face and shoulder massage, which melted all my tension away. I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

If you are looking for a place to truly decompress, Leyabelle is it. Marina and Oksana are miracle workers. I had the facial and relaxing massage package, and the level of care was unmatched. My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

Had the best time here, went for the Japanese head spa and facial. The lady was sooo sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She was super gentle and attentive to my needs.

I had an olaplex hair spa and gold facial done , service was great and done beautifully with care and expertise .

I had a facial treatment at this salon and was really impressed. Marina was very welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout the whole experience. She explained the process clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and gave great advice on skincare. The treatment itself was relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Always have an amazing experience with Citrine Clinic! I have been a returning customer for many years now and cannot fault the ladies, especially Nazia and Zafreen for their amazing customer service. Zafreen always goes above and beyond for the services she provides on the day - whether it is a quick eyebrow appointment or even lengthier appointments like facial or body laser treatments -she has always been a gem! Time truly goes so fast that before i know it the session has come to an end. I highly recommend this clinic if you want to look and feel amazingly rejuvenated and relaxed!

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

I have NEVER had a bad experience here. Preet is so friendly and warming and she provides a top tier service. From eyebrows, to waxing and to everything in between - I cannot fault her. Not only do I come here regularly because of the service, she is genuinely such a lovely lady and I urge everyone to come to her too! 🤍

I’ve visited Polishing and Plumper for the third time, and I’ve always had a really great experience at this salon. Today, Hamama did my waxing, and she did an excellent job. I originally came just for waxing, but I also got my eyebrows done because I really liked her work. I’m especially happy with my acrylics—Tom did an amazing job, even better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back again.
