She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, even playing relaxing music in the background to help take my mind off the treatment. Although I'm not new to waxing, it had been a while since my last appointment, but Olivia was incredibly careful, professional, and attentive throughout. Before I knew it, the treatment was over! It’s my second visit to Ninski for a Hollywood wax… I’m still making my mind up about this place because the customer service is not great but the wax today was the best i have ever had in terms of thoroughness and care. It’s a v small salon and they are always running late which is a personal gripe of mine. Their Hollywood wax is affordable for the area (some places charge £50!) and for the throughness I received today, I will be back! Therapist I saw was called Amna and I recommend her - just gets on with the job and does it very well! ✨

It was my first facial ever and it was such a lovely experience. The room had a nice cozy vibe to it and it was nice to unwind. My skin feels amazing and Lateefah was able to help smooth out my skin.
