As soon as Sehar touched my face was relaxed. She has such a firm and gentle touch. I have very sensitive skin, so Sehar explained what she’d be using and I felt completely reassured and confident that I wouldn’t have a reaction. Post treatment my face is SNATCHED and glowing. I have a runny nose which is a great sign - my lymphatic system is doing its job. The aftercare was top tier and easy to remember and follow. I have been coming to Nazia on and off for a few years now. I usually come for facials, both Zafreen and Mithal are excellent with their facials, I have just finished a course or RF microneedling. There is a remarkable difference to the scars on my face which has been visible not just to me but also friends and family. I highly highly recommend these girls.

Staff are always warm and welcoming.I started with the infrared sauna which was the ideal way to start my session.I followed this with a massage and facial with Beth.The attention to what my body and face needed was impeccable and I left feeling fantastic. Piera is an absolute master of brows. She is so incredibly precise, taking them to ensure both brows are symmetrical, to making sure your brow arch hits the right spot, to trimming the brows. Gone are the days of aimless plucking/threading/waxing, she’s an absolute master sculptor! Honestly the best brows I’ve ever had- she’s amazing. I had a really good experience getting the halal full package tint. I had a few questions and everything was explained clearly beforehand. The technician was very friendly, professional, and took her time shaping my brows to suit my face. I’m really happy with the results my brows look full, natural, and nicely defined. The only small thing I’d mention is that the appointment is around two hours long, so it would have been nice to be offered a drink or hot drink during that time. Other than that, it was a great experience.
