Over last 12 months I have lost a considerable amount of weight, this had made my face look very gaunt and saggy, yesterday I had 3ml package over cheeks and jaw, omg the difference this has made, Heidi was brilliant explained whole procedure step by step, i felt no pain during procedure and day after I have no bruising very little swelling and my face looks natural, glowing and lifted my gaunt and saggy look has gone, I absolutely love it.

Return visit after the lava shell back massage to try the full body version. Absolutely amazing! Abbie had to wake me up gently for my first try of the Caci facial. Nothing like I was expecting (pain) it was a lovely facial massage type feeling with gentle pulsing/tapping and didn’t leave my face bright red either. Keeping warm and drinking plenty of water following the aftercare advice. Amazing as always! Thank you Abbie x

Well mills what can I say, as usual my lash appointment was the highlight of my month, giggles, gossip and most importantly the best lashes as always. I wish I could explain in words how it feels when you’re in the lash room, your passion and drive for what you do inspires so many of us to be able to keep going! And your love and pride for your clients is magical. I’ve said it before and I will say it again that you have truly become one of my closest friends. I’ve been coming to Jess for a number of years to have holiday waxing & nails done. I’ve been discussing my pigmentation and dull skin & she recommended the BeautyLab Glycolic Facial. I was not disappointed. It’s always relaxing going to Jess. She talked me through my concerns and what to expect.The whole experience was wonderful,the products smelt gorgeous, my skin looks so healthy and glassy. I nearly fell asleep on her lovely heated bed. Due to my pigmentation and long term skin goals I’m having the course of glycolic facials. I can already see and feel such a difference!
