Over last 12 months I have lost a considerable amount of weight, this had made my face look very gaunt and saggy, yesterday I had 3ml package over cheeks and jaw, omg the difference this has made, Heidi was brilliant explained whole procedure step by step, i felt no pain during procedure and day after I have no bruising very little swelling and my face looks natural, glowing and lifted my gaunt and saggy look has gone, I absolutely love it.

She really takes her time and never rushes, making sure everything is perfect. I’m beyond happy with my results, my lip blush and brows look stunning. They are natural and beautifully done. Well mills what can I say, as usual my lash appointment was the highlight of my month, giggles, gossip and most importantly the best lashes as always. I wish I could explain in words how it feels when you’re in the lash room, your passion and drive for what you do inspires so many of us to be able to keep going! And your love and pride for your clients is magical. I’ve said it before and I will say it again that you have truly become one of my closest friends. Not just a familiar face to rant to but someone I truly enjoy talking to and care about. And can’t forgets the cuddles from mins!! 💕💕

So impressed with this lady I took my friend there to ha e her eyebrows done and now.my client to have her lashes done. She is more expensive than the usual places however the quality is alot better and she works very fast so it means you can squeeze it in to your busy day. My client was very happy with her lashes and she is hard to please so what more can I say. I had my brows fixed here, my lashes done here as well as waxing all over. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I go there for wax, lips, eyelashes and eyebrows and she is Grrrreat! 2 of us had our eyebrows ruined by Chelsea's Beauty in Walsall and the damage was severe so Jess is now fixing that for us but it is a challenge, yet she pulled it off so well and has us looking normal again. She is professional, transparent, and honest, rather than saying yes to anything to grab your money.
