I had an amazing experience with Amy, not only did I feel pampered but the products used on my face smelled lovely and my face feels amazing, the whole facial had me feeling so relaxed I was falling asleep, I was not rushed out at the end of my facial and was even made a herbal tea to finish my blissful time at Noubalm, I will definitely be back for another de-stress again. Lynne was amazingly warm and very professional. She made me feel very comfortable instantly. I normally struggle in beauty places but it felt very easy and simple from booking to payment. I am very impressed a super relaxing experience. I had a Skin pick me up (did not felt express at all) some waxing and gel done. I am extremely thankful Lynne, all the products used, the relaxing atmosphere so clean and simple. Definitely I will be back for an hour long facial next.

I booked for Hopi Wax Candle for my blocked ear, unfortunately this did not help, although I enjoyed the head neck and face massage very much.

Anna was amazing! I had a bikini wax and armpit wax and it wasn't at all uncomfortable or painful. She was so professional and lovley and is incredible at waxing.
