A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

Visiting The Hideaway is always a treat xx I’m nearly 70, and I’ve only started having mani/pedi’s 2 or 3 years ago, since moving to Hertfordshire x Evie is always smiling, confident, professional and thoughtful in every aspect of her work x It’s always a lovely, relaxing time spent at TH!! Such a lovely place all the staff are so lovely with my grandaughter . She has her eyebrows and other waxing done and always make her feel so comfortable as she’s only 13 .

Wow Amazing can not highly recommend enough Olivia is just the most amazing lady.. very attentive perfectionist.. she done my nails today and they look incredible and done my eyebrow waxing, she is warm welcoming. The best facial and massage I have ever had! I was so happy with my experience, Evie has a very calming presence, the products smelt and felt amazing on my skin and the pressure applied was just what I needed on my tight shoulders while still leaving me feeling very relaxed. Today I had another of the hydro facials that I really enjoy. Not only was it most relaxing, and my skin greatly improved, but I have also seen a great reduction of the aging lines around my eyes and other parts of my face.

I spent an incredible two hours on a rainy Sunday afternoon having the aptly named 'Bliss Escape'. A one hour full body massage followed by a one hour facial. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed by Bianca, she talked me through the treatment and I got to choose what oil to use. The treatment itself was amazing, in all honesty I don't think I can remember having better, even at luxury spas. I left feeling completely relaxed and with soft glowing skin. This was the first time I have been to Bianca and will most definitely be back. I would 100% recommend.

The most incredible experience! I had the "bliss escape" experience and it really was that! Couldn't recommend Bianca enough, loved all the little personalised touches like a variety of oils to choose from a personalised facial plan depending on your skin type and needs. Will definitely be back :)
