Lizzy has permed my hair twice now and even though it’s back breaking work for her, she always makes it feel like a complete breeze! She’s super knowledgeable on the process and products that I can try and incorporate into my current routine for different results. I’m so happy with how my curls have turned out and the curly cut afterwards too. I’m sure I’ll be back for a 3rd time when it needs a refresh again in future. Had a great experience with Isobel. She was very knowledgeable and gave tailored, personal advice to give me a really natural look (which I’ve struggled to get elsewhere). On top of that, it was the least painful waxing experience of my life. And she really knows her products. Will definitely be back.

This was my first visit to Nirvana Gold. Nicole was lovely and friendly and made me feel very welcome. I was really pleased with my brow wax and tint - Nicole checked with me if I wanted it any darker. She was also very gentle when waxing which was a nice experience. I would recommend.

Had a great Indian head massage from shabana and just trusted her with what she felt would be right to have me feeling better. I've had migraine like headaches for the past three days and thought it might be coming from neck pain. Shabana worked that and more, never had my actual face massaged and was amazing, even my jaw! Today, first day, no headache!!! Feel great. Will book again as my self care time!!

Lisa is brilliant! I had very sparse eyebrows having overplucked them. She's given me amazing eyebrows that are fuller and with much more shape. They look so natural. I love them so much and they've really reframed my face. And they're so low maintenance now which I also love. Lisa is a perfectionist and really listens to what you're looking for and what you want them to look them. She will give you your dream brows. And she's a lovely person too! Couldn't recommend more.
