I had my nails and waxing done by Sam today and she was absolutely amazing. She has such a calming presence and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Her attention to detail is incredible, and the whole appointment felt effortless because she’s so easy to chat to. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and genuinely looked after. My first time having a Dermaplane facial after wanting to have one for a long time as I have heard it helps makeup lay better on the skin. I wasn't disappointed. Fallan was amazing and I feel so relaxed and my skin looks like its glowing! I have booked an appointment for nails with Courtney next but I know i will be booking more services here.

I had a leg wax with Georgia and she was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel really comfortable from the start and was friendly, professional, and thorough throughout. The treatment was quick but not rushed, and the results are super smooth — exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be booking with Georgia again. Highly recommend!

I have just returned from the best facial that I have ever had. I booked a Pro 60 Skin Treatment after a consultation with Cathy. My skin feels amazing and I feel so refreshed. Samantha made me feel so relaxed in fact I am sure I fell asleep during my facial. Worth every penny and cannot wait to have the next one. As a busy mum this is my new treat to myself. I am new to this Salon. I did my homework and read the reviews before I booked and I am not at all disappointed. Samantha was welcoming and listened to my concerns about my eyebrows. She offered good advice and my wax and tint was the best I've had anywhere in Felixstowe. Excellent service.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Sarah Anne’s beauty salon - the whole team are warm and welcoming, and really dedicated to providing excellent client care. The salon is immaculate, and such a peaceful place to spend a few hours having lovely treatments. A real gem that we are so lucky to have in Felixstowe.
