I’ve been coming to Grace for almost a year and it’s taken me all that time to build up the confidence to book a hollywood wax. Grace has always been so patient and understanding and always answered any of my questions or concerns with no judgement. She made me feel completely at ease, took breaks when I needed them and kept me laughing the whole time. She was absolutely right and it really was not scary at all or anywhere near as painful as I thought it would be. As always, I genuinely cannot recommend her enough!

Zoe always makes me feel so comfortable for a Hollywood wax, and is thorough while making sure it's as pleasant as possible.

I had lip filler for first time. Emma is lovely and her whole set up is so professional. I felt completely at ease. Love my lips. Thank you x

Booked in for an intimate wax!! Straight away put at ease, chatted about life which took my mind off what was going on!!! Went in expecting it to be awful, embarrassing and painful, but really wasn’t any of those things. Lovely setting too

It was great to see Grace again. Nails and waxing today and super happy with both treatments. She is not only great at her treatments but time spent there is great fun too.

I had a wax with Zoe this morning and it was such a good experience I felt super comfortable and the results are perfect !!!! Would 10000% recommend I can’t wait to be back xxx

The Hollywood Wax with Zoe was probably the closest I've ever come to a painless wax. Her studio is a really comfortable place and she's lovely to chat to, even during something as unpleasant as a wax! She was really efficient and helpful and absolutely the best I've seen.
