AMAZING !! Swedish massage, Sue found and swiftly dealt with all the tension I was holding, left me feeling very "floaty" & relaxed.. Bikini wax, Sue as always made me feel comfortable, was reasonably painless. Sues hygiene is outstanding and for this waxing uses gloves... NEVER had a poor experience with Sue - thank you.. Definitely Recommend & have already re booked.

I found Hayley when I needed a last-minute LVL appointment for both my daughter and myself, and she kindly managed to fit us in. I’m so glad we found her, we will definitely be returning, and I’ve already booked another appointment! Hayley is such a lovely and caring person, and she’s fantastic at what she does. She even gave my daughter some chocolates after hearing she’d been having a difficult time recently, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend!

This was my second treatment with Hayley, and I had the Signature Facial. It was the most relaxing experience I've had in a long time. Hayley knows what she's doing. My skin feels healthy, hydrated, and refreshed after every treatment. I'm already looking forward to my next treatment!

I had a facial with Hayley yesterday and it was absolutely exceptional✨ She is incredibly gentle and made sure to check for any allergies or skin sensitivities before beginning the treatment. The facial itself was beautifully balanced, using both warm and cold therapies. While the mask worked its magic, Hayley gave the most relaxing neck and shoulder massage💆‍♀️ My skin is glowing, feels so hydrated, and I slept so well afterwards (an extra bonus). I’ve been coming to Sue for my waxing and the odd mani/pedi for some years now and finally decided to try the lava shell massage. Oh wow it was by miles the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had lots of massages over the years and will definitely now only ever choose lava shell, it was heavenly!

Brow Shape & Tint - 1st time I have had my brows tinted and was nervous that they would really stand out, they don't.
