Cara was so accommodating after I made a mistake in my appointment time. I have loved my brows every time I’ve been and have never had any issues with waxing etc despite my skin being generally sensitive.

I have been twice now to get eyebrow lamination and Lvl lash lift. I would 100% recommend Cara. She listens to what you want and is very tentative. I really like lamination but previously with different salons my brows feel too thick. I had a chat with her beforehand and we spoke about what i wanted, during the appointment she made me feel very comfortable and gave me exactly what i wanted. The lash lifts are amazing too, i hadn't had the lvl brand before, but it last a lot longer than others i have had. Cara also checks in regularly through the process to make sure your eyes aren't irritated.
