First time man spa experience, Mani, Pedi, Facial and eyebrows. Pros Relaxing environment (enough to fall asleep) Felt beautiful afterwards Felt great afterwards Nails were shiny (who knew?) Face was GLOWING and eyebrows on fleek Cons Wish it lasted longer because it was so relaxing.

I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. You can really feel the care Rena puts into her business and her clients. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Spa at the Madison to anyone loo

My first lash & brow experience; I had a half set of lashes, brow lamination and brow waxing. The staff were friendly, gentle and professional. The studio is bright and clean, easy to find with lots of pay parking available.

I had an absolutely AMAZING facial with Parthena! My skin was glowing and I saw a significant difference. Trying my best to not touch my face, but it's hard to resist cause it's so soft. Parthena was super nice and friendly, and she also gave me some face product samples to take home. Will definitely be coming back regularly! It was a true spa experience and I would highly recommend.

Ivy's awesome, I just walked in one day, but I stayed because of her. I only get my waxing done by her. Seriously, she's the best. She listens and gives the best skin care advice. You won't feel awkward at all. She's funny and sweet. She never disappoints.

I saw Olivia for a facial and she did a great job and was very knowledgeable. She was very sweet and her shoulder massage was wonderful. I would definitely go back to her for more treatments.

The services are amazing, I went there for waxing and eyelash extension. They are very accommodating, making sure you understand the service that will provide by explaining the procedure before doing so, and always checking on the client during the service. I recommend Ivy, she is the best!! 🫶🏻

I went in scared, as I'd never gotten anything waxed before, and I was getting my eyebrows, my chin, and a Brazilian. Katie, right off the bat, made me feel so relaxed and at ease, explained everything she was going to do, was excited to be a part of my first waxing experience, and she was a godsend from beginning to end. She explained how often she would recommend keeping up with the waxing, how my waxing might look different because it was my very first time, helped me with recommendations for after care, everything. She's perfect if you're looking for someone to help you for your first time

Earlier was my second visit in their studio and I really like their service. I had Ivy take care of me for my Brazilian (first visit and today) and she is great at what she does. Awesome attention to details and very gentle in everything. I also like the fact that she had suggested the scrub, the serum and the lotion for application especially after waxing when the skin is super sensitive. I have had Brazilian done on me before but only during my visit in this studio was I suggested these items. Will definitely keep going back! Hopefully have my lashes or brows done some time too.

Parthena went above and beyond with the mini Micro facial I received today. My skin is clean, dewy and glowing. It looks refreshed and healthy. Highly recommend!
