Tiffany did an amazing job with my lashes and brows! It was such a relaxed experience, I was falling asleep. For the brows she mapped them out based on my facial structure, made the adjustments I wanted too so they came out perfect— definitely gonna be coming back again.

I’ve been going to nail salons for over 20 years, and this is by far the best one! The staff is incredibly friendly, and every technician does amazing work. The salon is always spotless, the tools are properly sanitized, and the quality of service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience today at Urban Retreat Spa. Sharon was absolutely amazing! So pleasant, warm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She really took the time to understand my skin and customized the treatments to suit my specific needs. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and literally glowing. First and second experience was amazing, she did tried her best to work with me with the numbing oil, because I am a big crybaby. Michelle was amazing. I got Biab on my nails today and she was very patient with me as I was very indecisive on the color I wanted. She very detailed and meticulous with the design I wanted and I am very happy with the results. The place is also spotless. Will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience with Lisa for my hydra facial. She was incredibly gentle, and her technique made the whole session feel very soothing and relaxing. The facial itself was very detailed, and I could immediately notice how hydrated and glowing my skin looked afterward. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be going back again.

Had a reiki facial with Sharon and it was amazing ! I can say it is one of the best facials I have experienced . Walked away feeling grounded and with glowing skin . This was my very first time visit and I had such a great experience with Lisa-Marie. She was friendly and very professional and asked about my skin concerns and recommended products that I should be using to address them. The facial was relaxing and the extractions was done with ease and not painful. Very happy with my first experience, prices are reasonable and will be definitely back for another facial.
