Always a pleasure getting my nails done with ch_lashes90. Their skills for nail art is everything I could ask for and more. They’re super careful and has never rushed a set. The best wax I’ve ever gotten!!! She is highly educated, professional, and knowledgable. It’s very evident that she loves this industry. Barely felt any pain. Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. Omg. I just had the most incredible dermiplaning facial. I feel like I have a whole new face. Briar is phenomenal. I felt pampered and well taken care of, comfortable, and refreshed. Everything she used were great for my sensitive skin and she ensured that I was comfortable during each step of the process. Will definitely do that again.

Always amazing!!! I have eyes that get irritated easily and she always amazes me with the results! One of the only lash artists in Ottawa that finishes any set you’d like within an hour and still get quality! Truly amazing!

When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

Samantha is the owner of Sugr Sugr. I visited her today at the Merivale location for a full Brazilian sugar wax, and she was great. My first visit was a great experience, but it was my first time, so it did hurt a bit. However, I had an acceptable pain tolerance during the service. With the mask on afterward, it had a cooling sensation, which felt nice. She is nice, kind, and caring towards her clients (e.g., asking me if I am doing okay during and after the service). I will come back to see her for her waxing or sugar services at either this location or her Westboro location.

Had my entire upper torso waxed. Briar made the experience bearable. Briar is efficient, thorough and quick. She also has a very nice and sunny disposition. I would very much recommend for anyone that is considering getting waxed. Thanks, Briar. I will be back.
