I have a skin condition around my eyes, and the lash technician was extremely careful and professional. I finally found the perfect place here in Edmonton. Thank you so much! 💕

1000/10 recommend. This was as comfortable as a wax can be (Brazilian) She was so quick, efficient and minimal pain. I’ve been to a lot places for waxing but this by far is the best place I’ve been.

This was my first visit and I received a facial. My experience was good and the lady was very nice. I don't always feel comfortable when I am being offered other products or services but she was genuinely providing me with helpful options going forward. My results were fantastic; my face feels clean and refreshed. I will be booking again!

I’ve been going to Lady Ming for quite a few years, and today was the most amazing day. Her young protégé finished off my facial with an “Ice Lotus” Facial. It was almost spiritual, and I would recommend it to every person out there to request this.

Vita was incredible! She explained each step as she went along, there was zero pain during the waxing part. She really took her time mapping out my brow shape which I really appreciated as other places I've been to have had me in and out in 20 minutes. 10/10 service and I've already booked back. Thank you so much for giving me my dream brows!

Great facial, really enjoyed it and will book again. I have had facials at a variety of places, many costing more than here. They have a wide variety of services but it is more Iike having an a la carte facial. Great to customize but also takes away from the relaxation aspect when so many options and add ons. Particularly didn’t like that they charge $5 per whitehead extraction when already paying for cleansing facial. This is also the first place I have been using disposable cloths for facial which is incredibly wasteful.

Natasha was very helpful and put together a face care package , specifically for my needs. We discussed application techniques as well as frequency of application. I feel that I am now ready for Edmontons' cold and dry winter!!

Absolutely the best esthetician that I have ever had: top grade products; expert skin care advice; a face/shoulder massage unlike I've ever experienced. Harjot exudes such positive energy and she's totally engaged for the entire facial. I adore her.
