Incredible experience. The lash lift and tint made my eyes look bigger and brighter. My eyebrows are shaping my whole face. I wholeheartedly appreciate Skye's skill and attention to detail.

Carla was excellent, quickest waxing I’ve ever had and very thorough too! She was also compassionate during the few painful moments. 10/10 would recommend Carla to anyone looking for a new beauty therapist :)

I absolutely love going to Skin & Brow Collective for all my waxing needs! The studio is always clean and hygienic, which makes for such a comfortable experience. Charissa is wonderful—so skilled and professional, yet warm and welcoming. She also gave me fantastic advice about my skin, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing charissa for my skin, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first appointment, she made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to understand my skin concerns. She explained every step of the process and recommended treatments that actually worked — my skin has never looked or felt better! Her space is always clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and she genuinely cares about her clients’ results. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and taken care of 🤍

Carla is amazing! Absolutely love my brows and lash lift! She did such a great job and was so lovely and professional throughout. My brows are shaped perfectly and my lashes look beautiful and lifted. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend her!

Skye was so gentle and welcoming during my brow appointment. Having previously had my brows done by my sister, who owns a brow business in Victoria, I found it difficult to find someone I trusted after moving. I’m so glad I found The Ritual Room! The calm and relaxing environment was exactly what I was looking for, and Skye did an amazing job with my brows. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be booking again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My skin is always glowing after a facial with Charissa! She seriously gives the best facials, and the massage she does during them is amazing. You get so much massage time, it feels like a full pamper session. She knows so much about skin and always knows exactly what my skin needs. Can’t recommend her enough!

I recently had an amazing experience with Skin and brow collective that I can't recommend enough! The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly skilled and attentive. I left feeling rejuvenated, and I've received so many compliments on my skin since my visit. It's clear Charissa really knows what shes doing, and I can't wait to go back for another treatment. If you're looking for top-notch care, this is the place to be!
