From the moment I walked in, Sue made me feel completely taken care of. She was so warm, professional, and genuinely attentive — she really listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. My facial left my skin feeling refreshed, glowing, and so smooth, and the lash lift and tint was absolutely perfect — natural, lifted, and exactly what I was hoping for. The haircut I get every time I’m at London Base is phenomenal but even if the trim was awful I’d still go for unmatched customer service, welcoming vibe and conversations with Wesam who is easily one I’ve the kindest humans ever.

Such a lovely space. I had no idea they were such a new salon, it felt like an established environment where everyone was in their groove. The vibe of the staff & other customers in there was really welcoming. I'll definitely go back.

Highly recommend the Flow motion facial experience. I say experience as I have had many facials in my time, but nothing comes close to the level of relaxation, rejuvenation and stunning skin that this facial provides. This is my second one and I am hooked. When the world feels heavy and crappy and work and life are piling up, its so wonderful to step into Katie's oasis for a little while, her calm, kind, whitty, generous heart provides a place of warmth where you can escape for a little while, this is not a secret club, all your lady pals deserve to feel like a Queen-tell everyone.

Wow!! I seriously had THE BEST facial EVER (& eyebrow treatment). Katie had me walking on clouds when I left her studio with gorgeous eyebrows to boot. If there were 10 stars to give I would. I’ll definitely be a return customer and be recommending Katie to my friends.

Highly recommend for a facial! i had Hydro dermabrasion and i am already seeing results in less than a week. Jessica also provided an amazing arm, neck and head massage in between the facial which was incredible. I cant wait to rebook. ess than a week later and i can see results. Jessica was amazing
