Was greeted warmly by the consultant and made very welcome. I booked the deep cleanse facial and had the cleanse, exfoliant, steam and extractions. The consultant asked me a few times how the steam was or if I was ok with the extractions which was very good customer service. The consultant was very nice and professional, but I didn’t feel the pampering experience. The last time I had a facial at Spring Spa, the consultant Lucy was excellent in her flowing technique massaging my face and decollage. This time my experience with this consultant was just ok, felt like me just cleaning my own face.

Recommending a facial wax, the cheapest going on the Gold Coast and so pedantic getting every hair gone! With age we get whiskers and unwanted hair! I feel years younger! I will be going back for sure!!

She is also really dedicated to accentuating your natural beauty, rather than hiding it. I have been seeing her for a year now and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Every time I go to Alma, I have the best time. Sandra is so knowledgeable, and she goes above and beyond to pamper you. I have been suffering from skin breakouts because of hormonal changes, and she guided me on what I need to do to improve it in a non-invasive way. I have been going to Deb for many years now and I have never ever been disappointed with the treatments. I love how Deb will access your skin and provide the best options for you to get great results. Today I had a bikini wax, eyebrow shaping and the Zero Gravity facial which was amazing. I had to pop to my regular shop after my treatment and the ladies said I looked sun kissed and relaxed and asked what I have been doing (-: Thanks Deb you are the best.

Kellie is the queen of brows! Today I got my lips and eyebrow tattoos redone. We changed the shape, style & colour of the brows. And completely changed the lip colour. She listened to absolutely everything I said and executed it to perfect. I am so happy!!
