Let me set the scene. I never has a Brazilian or waxing down under and thought I could do it myself. One strip later,I was online looking for a professional. In Casi, I got THE professional, THE expert, and a waxing Goddess. Casi took the nerves, the awkwardness away so fast, ease my reservations and had me laughing and talking the whole time. That help distract from the pain. She then informed me of aftercare especially as someone with darker skin tone. Already have my next appointment booked with her

Today was my first time at Nood. The building is clean, cute and calming. Josie was the absolute best. She explained everything and was very thorough. I booked my next appointment before leaving. First off, this is the absolute CUTEST waxing studio I’ve ever been to. Decor, music, and vibes are 10/10. It had been over a year since I last visited an aesthetician and I was nervous but April put me at ease immediately. They were super fast while still being thorough. I immediately booked my next service before leaving. I’m glad to have found a new place to get regular treatments done! Highly recommend them!!

April is always such a joy to be serviced by. She's personable and kind, waxing is so convenient but a pain and she makes the experience easier to get through.
