Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. It was absolutely amazing, I was really scared because I hadn’t got waxed let alone Hollywood waxing in a very long time but it wasn’t that bad at all, the person who gave me a wax was so nice to me and assured me it would be fine, she let me hold her arm as well. It wasn’t that painful and I think that’s because she did it so well. Made me feel very comfortable and I really appreciate that.
