My experience was pleasantly satisfying, and my technician was truly a gem. I initially felt hesitant about trying a new place for such an intimate service like waxing. Normally, I prefer to book other treatments first to observe how clients are treated before deciding whether to proceed with waxing. However, for this visit, I skipped that step entirely. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The technicians were respectful, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making the experience even more comfortable.
