I've been struggling to find someone who can shape my eyebrows well, I've constantly left other beauticians feeling disappointed after feeling like they rushed the shaping. After trying Beauty Clinic @99 I am so so happy with my eyebrows now! Thank you for taking the time to make them even and for listening to how I wanted them to look. I had a lovely Gel Pedi & Eyebrow Wax & Tint & BIAB Gel Fingers with Seren. She followed my natural brow shape, communicated my preference before starting the treatment, leaving them smooth and fresh but subtle. (I am SO fussy with my brows). Seren is another credit to the lovely Glow Family. ❤️🧡 I don't think any of the staff have ever left me feeling disappointed in over 5 years. 🧡❤️

Kate has done all my beauty treatments for over 6 years now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always knows what I want by the end of my appointment I feel so much better and happier. My nails are always perfect, along with my eyebrows and all my other treatments. We have a laugh and a good chat. Kate is very professional and her salon is beautiful 100% highly recommend Kate.

As always fantastic, love my visits. This one was just what I needed walked in looking and feeling rubbish walked out looking a lot better and feeling better. After one of her amazing facial’s so relaxing just what I needed to help when I’m stressed. Like always she’s done an amazing job with eyebrows and lashes wouldn’t trust anyone else to do them.

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. She’s such a perfectionist and it really shows in the results. I’ve already booked back in. X

Always good service from The House of Castelliś, today I had eyebrow wax and tint plus dermaplaning with Sian and then colour and cut/blowdry with Kylie, nothing is too much trouble for them and I always feel comfortable going there. Highly recommend
