It’s my first time having waxing done in years! Robyn put me at ease straight away, she’s so down to earth and lovely. It wasn’t as painful as I thought, and to be honest we was chatting thorough so I think that definitely helped! Robyn is very fast too so you don’t realise either. Can’t wait to come back for more treatments. Thank you !

Booked in with Jade for my lashes and eyebrows because I had seen her work on instagram and liked how she can do lots of different styles of lashes for your preference. It was our first visit to Madheads for a haircut for my daughter who is almost 5. She doesn't love going to the hairdressers, she doesn't like the noise of the hairdryers & she's quite shy. Jade was fantastic with her & really put her at ease. Jade was also the first person to highlight to me that my daughter has a car flick & a double crown which explains why I've had so much trouble trying to get a centre parting right on my daughter. Jade gave me some tips to help me style my daughters hair better, & although it was just a trim, Jade has done a great job. Fantastic service, we will be back!
