I’d been feeling a little tired and stressed, so the Head in the Clouds massage was exactly what I needed. Vanessa was so friendly and warm, and the massage itself was amazing. I left feeling calm, relaxed, and completely refreshed. Such a beautiful location too, the whole experience was perfect!

Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

I had a very good experience today with Lucy who is a very warm person who puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. I had my eyebrow top up and I’m so pleased with the end result. I highly recommend Lucy and I’ll definitely be back.
