Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

I loved how Ru managed to do my hollywood waxing. It was painless and she made sure I was at ease. She explained everything she did. She is very friendly, chatty and professional at the same. Will definitely come back. Xx

Sam is excellent at what she does. I have had 2 appointments with her for a cuticle manicure and there is already an improvement in my cuticles which I am very pleased with. Sam takes great care and time with the service she provides and explains what she is doing and offers advice for after care. I'd highly recommend Sam.

Hayley was fantastic. We did a patch test a few days before as it was my first visit. Hayley mapped the brows out and talked through the shape and colours. Really pleased with the results ☺️

Always walking on air afterwards. Such great advice too.

Professional eyebrow wax and I am pleased with the result.

My daughter just had her full legs, the bikini area, and under arm waxed. Ru was gentle, caring, and exceptional at putting her at ease, making her first time a good one, and not at all scary. Ru also gave her an outstanding service because she cares about the quality of her job and the client too.

The staff member was friendly, approachable and set me at ease for first time waxing my eyebrows. Definitely going back for future appointments
