Monique was fantastic! First time having my nails and eyebrows done with Monique, and she was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease. Was a lovely experience, had an amazing time felt like I’d been there a 100 times before was made to feel really comfortable and was even offered a cheeky prosecco which was a lovely touch. From amazing customer service, warmth, professionalism, patience, knowledgeable , (Rachel explains every last detail about your treatment and can answer any question you may have), she is understanding, kind, extremely friendly and funny and TALENTED, what more could you ask for! I am a very fussy n meticulous person and obsessed with symmetry, and I trust Rachel with my face and I don’t ever worry!
