It’s the first time that I have had my eyebrows tinted. I was nervous beforehand as I didn’t want anything too dark and wanted a more natural look. Annabelle was great and offered me the choice of tone and we could keep it very natural. I love them, I also had a eyelash tint which I am very happy with. Annabelle has always been very professional and friendly and I have appreciated her opinion when making decisions, I will definitely be returning. The new premises are looking great as well.

Great experience at The Lounge. Jodie was so easy to chat with, pedicure and Hollywood wax were both fabulous and got me Ibiza ready. If anyone is worried about a wax, definitely try here, it was practically painless.

Absolutely one of the best massages I’ve ever had today. My shoulders and neck were very tense but by the end felt completely light and relaxed, like all the knots had melted away. Kara tailored the massage perfectly combining it with hot stones. My facial and head massage was unlike anything I’ve experienced. So soothing and knot releasing The oils products smelled divine . I highly recommend Kara to anyone who is looking for a truly exceptional massage experience . Kara is warm,kind,professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I walked out feeling refreshed and renewed.

Enjoyed all my treatments here, nails, massage and waxing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

I must admit I was very nervous before my appointment silly really as Shannon has waxed & tinted my brows for ages & I completely trust her, but having now had Brow lamination & Hybrid tint I absolutely love my brows, if your thinking about it just do it! Shannon explains everything she’s about to do and I was so relaxed having them done I almost fell asleep!! (Until the waxing!) thank you Shannon

The staff are so lovely and accommodating. Brought my grandma today who has MS, the lovely ladies made her feel really welcome. Couldn't have been more lovely to chat to, brought the wax pot up for my grandma who would struggle with the stairs, helped her in and out of the shop too. Really glad we found you, my grandma left feeling beautiful with a smile on her face. My grandma often feels down about her eyebrows but the ladies gave suggestions on how to make them better as well as correcting her nails with a smile on their face when she knocked them.
