Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had a full leg wax and eyebrow wax, and I’m so happy with the results! The process was quick, professional, and so comfortable. An absolutely profounding experience I could not believe how accurate everything she said and I barely said a world and she knew every single thing that was going on in my life and very accurate information about my passed loved ones , I highly recommend you will not be disappointed it has changed my whole perspective on life , it gave me so much comfort and peace today I feel so much calmer and have peace of mind about my life situations and what the future holds for me , please keep in mind she has to interpret the messages and what the spirits messges are giving it’s so important to know

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Had my eyebrows waxed with Susan,very professional and polite .

I had a fab time with Jo. Not only did she do a much needed massage on my previously broken foot but I ended up with the prettiest toes in Coventry She is a star - good for the feet and the soul!

Had a waxing session (arms, legs and Hollywood) with Arti. Smooth experience. I would definitely like to visit again! Recommended!
