Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Service was good- I thought I was getting dermabrasion included when I booked the service. I saw that in the description but guess I was wrong. Bed was extremely uncomfortable for this service- I have a huge mark on my forehead which I hope goes away. Temperature in the room was a bit cool - I had no clothes on so it would’ve been nice to be warmer. When I entered the salon, the smell of acrylic was overwhelming….nails were being done in the back but it was very strong. Overall it was okay. Slightly disappointed that I asked about arm waxing twice and wasn’t asked if I wanted to book.

I had such a great experience! She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and paid so much attention to detail. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure they looked natural, clean, and perfectly shaped. I had my teeth whitening done with Maila and couldn’t be happier with the results. She walked me through the whole process, made sure I was comfortable, and took great care to protect my gums throughout the treatment. My teeth came out noticeably brighter and more even, with zero irritation afterward. I have very sensitive teeth and there was no pain afterwards !
