Excellent. Gail-ann provides wonderful customer service. She has a wealth of knowledge on nail care; the dos and don’ts. In light of that fact, I learn the best ways to care for my nails in between services. I never have to wait on her to finish up other clients whatsoever; I walk straight into the chair. At GBBEAUTY LOUNGE, I am not meant to feel like just a client but I feel like family!

Rhea arrived on time and immediately got to work. She was very professional and engaging throughout the process. I was very happy with the finish result. Will definitely be booking again.

I was anxious at first but the service was excellent from the 'get go'. I had a facial and got my eyebrows waxed. The customer service was on point. Everything was explained throughout the service, including 'at home maintenance. I highly recommend this young professional
