What a great first experience with Beautico! It was my first time visiting and I absolutely loved it. The service was quick, the staff were so friendly, and the whole experience was seamless. Cassandra is incredibly passionate about her work. She pays attention, never rushes, and is very precise with what she does. I don’t get my brows done often as there usually isn’t much to do, most places finish in 5seconds but she took time to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical .I’m genuinely happy with the result. She even encouraged me to let her know if anything didn’t look right once I got home, which shows how much she cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I’m really pleased with the outcome. She did an amazing job on both my brows and my brother’s waxing. Highly recommend!

She absolutely nailed my brow wax and stain—I’m obsessed! She started by cleansing my brows, then stained and waxed them so carefully. Everything was super thorough, and you can tell she really cares about getting it perfect. I’ll definitely be back!
