I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic service I received. I arrived a bit early. Lauren & Karabo kindly checked in with me to see if I was comfortable waiting. Noma was running a bit late as she was assisting a client. Karabo kept me informed & asked if I preferred to wait or have someone else assist me. I decided to wait. Noma, is incredibly gentle & made the waxing experience comfortable. Every single visit to the Pink Room is always greeted with warm smiles & friendly service. I truly appreciate the exemplary service that the team consistently provides.

Adri and her team were amazing—so warm and professional. I’m new to Joburg and felt completely comfortable the moment I walked in. I had a gel mani/pedi, massage, and a dermaplane/microneedling/chemical peel combo. Adri explained everything clearly and treated me with such care. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

i’ve never felt so comfortable with a lash tech like i do with amber. i’m either in and out of sleep or having the best conversations with her. she always makes sure i’m comfy and warm and even has little toys for me to play with when i get fidgety! she’s truly the best!!

My first visit to The Pink Room was wonderful, largely thanks to their lovely staff! I booked the "Pink Splash" package (acrylic overlay, gel toes, brow wax/thread+tint, classic lashes, blow wave), which was great value. However, it was the team's positivity, joy, and genuine smiles that truly made the day special. They were so welcoming and created a fun atmosphere. Beyond the excellent treatments, their warm demeanor made the experience memorable. I left feeling fantastic and highly recommend The Pink Room for a pamper day, mental reset, or some me-time, especially because of the staff!

My time with Valerie is short, I am becoming so use to the waxing that I find it hard to believe that our session is over so quickly! Multi tasking is what she is good at because not only does she speak to you, but also makes you so comfortable that you even forget that I am even there to be waxed. Kgomotso is just incredible, I went in for a Hollywood and underarm wax , was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes! Honestly the best waxer in Johannesburg 😍 She can have all my coins😅

Just walking in the ladies were so welcoming and friendly. Had full pedi ,mani done and waxing also, their hands are blessed and so smooth. Definately my go to place
