Christine was great and did a fantastic job on my legs, underarm, bikini, chin, lip and eyebrow wax, Luxury pedicure and finger nails. As I haven't been for along time she put me at ease and said just to say stop if waxing was too much. We had a good laugh about anything and everything. She also advised me where to go for a Christmas tree The Range and also to go to Hornsea Garden Centre for Christmas decorations. Many thanks Christine and will seeing you in a few weeks.

My first visit to The Bothy for a manicure with Alex. From walking through the door I received a warm welcome, such a nice relaxed atmosphere and all the girls I encountered were friendly and very helpful. Alex did a great job on my very neglected hands and nails .....would not hesitate in recommending and I'm looking forward to future visits

Had a Dermaplaning facial today. Peaceful atmosphere. It was wonderful, I feel refreshed , calm and relaxed. A brilliant experience. My skins looks fantastic. I would highly recommend. Also the hand and arm massage was very lovely.

Helen has a lovely touch, soft , calming , even magical. Very pleasurable and relaxing. Feel safe and secure in surroundings with relaxing music. Great new type of facial tried and LED light mask. And a nice hand/arm massage.

Abi was so lovely! We talked about what I’d like and we worked from there. Another lovely luxury pedicure with Helen. My poor neglected feet are now ready for the summer! Helen has such a warm and friendly manner and puts so much attention into her beauty therapies. I have tried a few centrally located salons in York but find them rushed and overpriced for the quality of treatments and customer service. I highly recommend Helen and Haze!

Looking forward to my birthday weekend with a fabulous new colour and cut by Ashleigh, she always does exactly what I ask, a relaxing afternoon, enhanced by Helen and her eyebrow waxing. Thanks also to Holly, what a great team you made today!
