The room was warm and calming, with lovely autumn scents that set the mood perfectly. The massage was just what I needed — so soothing and done with real care. Adele has such a gentle, professional touch and you can tell she genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. I had my eyebrow lamination and spray tan done, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Today was a real treat.. because hollies arm massage is amazing I thought I'd add a full body massage on to my facial appointment, I was not disappointed it was fantastic. She definitely got rid of alot of knotts. The facial as always was great the head and neck massage I think is my new favourite 😍

As usual my facial today was amazing, had some skin issues today, breakouts and overall dryness and hollie tailored the facial to sort them... The whole experience is great but the arm massage at the end is possibly my favourite bit, I never want it to end 🤣

Treated myself to the espa salt and oil scrub. This really got rid of my dead skin cells and my skin is glowing, followed by a gel pedicure, now ready to face the world again. Highly trained staff who always welcome you warmly.

Visited the Secret Spa for a full body massage with Jack . An absolutely amazing experience. A very warm welcome, friendly and made me feel a valued client. The massage was fantastic!! I am a student nurse and I work as a home carer at weekend and I am constantly on my feet and in and out of the car. I struggle with arthritis in my ankle and pain in my shoulder back and hip. I can honestly say that the massage has helped my aches and pains already. I feel brand new and I will definitely be booking again in a few weeks time!! Thank you so very very much for a wonderful experience!!
