Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

Had my usual set of treatments today started with dermaplaning which took away the peach fuzz and left my skin feeling smooth and soft. It has also lightened the quite large brown spot on my chin after the treatment I had undertaken. I follow this up with BB glow and microwaving which had improved my skin no end. Lessoned wrinkles over the period of time I've been having it. I then have the dermalux which leaves me with a glowing skin. I can highly recommend these treatments by Jenny at eccleston asthetics. Jenny is very attentive and caring. Treatments and aftercare are explained, each visit.

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. I am extremely satisfied with the results and so excited to wear bikini on my holiday. I will be returning soon before next travelling and would highly recommend Nat’s services. Thank you so much. It’s always a relaxing experience when I visit LJM and I love the new premises. Laura always lovely and really friendly. It’s the only place I’ve ever had facial waxing and NOT come out in a rash. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Pleasant visit to Georgia for my waxing. She just makes you feel so relaxed and chatty throughout with be me which was great and helps take your mind off it ! Very professional. Always will keep going back !
