Skilled and experienced therapist and a very good treatment. I didn't feel particularly welcomed and the therapist could have been a little warmer in her approach especially as this was my first visit. I am looking for a local salon to visit frequently so I would give it another try. Lovely premises, positive messages and vibes. Thank you.

Returning customer 🙋🏼‍♀️ As a 30+ year old who’s finally took the plunge to get grown up waxing done, it was safe to say I was nervous. I needn’t be as Brodie made me instantly at ease on my first visit and that led to me rebooking. Great vibes, lovely and comfortable space, felt very at ease. Clearly using quality products, personally a great price point and who doesn’t like that an hour+ appointment feeling like it’s gone in 10 mins. Also for someone who has anxiety about where to park, right outside is perfect for me!! Thanks again & obviously see you soon!

It was great. I received a warm and friendly welcome as soon as I got there. The therapist that did my treatment was lovely, she actively initiated conversation which made me feel more comfortable and put me at ease. I was very happy with the results of my treatment as the therapist was extremely thorough, it felt like it had taken no time at all.

Great treatment as always from Fran , fabulous eyebrow tint and leg wax and she is always warm and friendly.

Thank you Emma that was the best facial I have ever had! The face neck, shoulders and scalp massage with warm oil, the tranquil music and dimly lit room were deeply relaxing I think I drifted to sleep. Such a calming experience and my skin feels amazing.

Fran is such a lovely girl and so caring. She threads eyebrows which is so much better (and less painful!) than waxing. So convenient in the centre of West Bridgford upstairs in the fab No4 Hair Salon.

Beautifully relaxing, I had a back and a scalp massage. The whole experience was warm and cocooning and the pressure was spot on. I feel so relaxed now!

I went for my first wax so naturally a little hesitant, I was made to feel so welcome she creates such a warm, friendly atmosphere couldn’t recommend kanti studio enough !!
