Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. The treatment l received was my pre-holiday waxing, which Pav delivered to a very high standard. I will not hesitate to book again. Looking forward to my holiday thanks to Pav.

Got micro blading done and I am extremely pleased with the results, would highly recommend Joanna if planning on having this done also over the moon with my Brazilian wax and under arm wax, I will be a regular client that's for sure xx

Joanna made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She reapplied the numbing cream multiple times and genuinely went out of her way to make sure I was okay — especially since I really struggle with pain. Nothing felt rushed, and she constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The whole experience was calm, reassuring, and honestly way less scary than I expected. I’m absolutely thrilled with how my eyebrows have turned out — they’re perfect. Couldn’t recommend her enough 💖
