This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

Samantha is the owner of Sugr Sugr. I visited her today at the Merivale location for a full Brazilian sugar wax, and she was great. My first visit was a great experience, but it was my first time, so it did hurt a bit. However, I had an acceptable pain tolerance during the service. With the mask on afterward, it had a cooling sensation, which felt nice. She is nice, kind, and caring towards her clients (e.g., asking me if I am doing okay during and after the service). I will come back to see her for her waxing or sugar services at either this location or her Westboro location.

The best nail salon in Ottawa. Literally, every single technician working there knows what there are doing and are extremely skilled and professional. I’ve been getting back to back acrylic sets from them, and they have never dissapointer. Much love to the whole team :)

I went in for a birthday Mani Pedi, and a bit of a nail repair, Linh made my appointment so special, truly an amazing experience. Linh even surprised me at the end with a lil gift, i don't believe there's another nail salon on Ottawa with better service or staff then High Definition Spa.

Always a pleasure getting my nails done with ch_lashes90. Their skills for nail art is everything I could ask for and more. They’re super careful and has never rushed a set. They always makes sure I’m satisfied with my set before I leave! By far one of the best people I’ve gotten to do my nails in Ottawa!!

I love these chicks! Squeezed me in end of day for a fix that I needed. The decided they could fit in the whole full on my gels. Tiffany who was doing the fills took them all off cause they needed it, and took her time and care on a beautiful fresh new set WITH designs for the holidays, despite running well after closing time. They are just the best. I always tell people, best in Ottawa, but yesterday was above and beyond.

The best wax I’ve ever gotten!!! She is highly educated, professional, and knowledgable. It’s very evident that she loves this industry. Barely felt any pain. Her studio is to die for; super comforting, and elegant,!! You can tell she put a lot of love into the design and decor; every element has a meaning. Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. Make sure to pay a visit, next time you’ll be in town. From someone who is highly committed to Sugar Beauty!

When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

Briar is amazing! I normally go to her for facials, but tried an underarm wax and brow wax with her. She paid so much attention to how I wanted my brows and advised me on what she was doing at all times.
