Everything was fantastic. One of the best waxing experiences I've had. Jordyn made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and the waxing was far less painful than other places I've visited. I'm also thrilled with my lash lift. My natural lashes look amazing. I'll definitely be back!

This was my first time getting a professional wax so I was a little nervous but they made the environment feel very safe and comfortable. I was talked through the process and given some tips to help with aftercare. Overall great experience.

I had a last lift&tint and brow wax&tint with Kristy for my first experience at Cove Mediapa and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. This was the first time my eyes were not sensitive or stinging with the last lift. The entire experience was so calming and relaxing. Kristy was also super lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Shay is absolutely amazing. Would recommend her to everyone wanting to get any type of waxing. She makes you comfortable, gets the job done and is very respectful and understanding.. most of all she doesn't make you feel embarrassed or judged.
