Extremely professional, speaks excellent English, and the final outcome is very professional and "expensive" looking, not cheap looking at all. Great attention to detail. I also got mani/pedi and was satisfied. I especially enjoyed the jelly they filled in the bowl for me to fidget with for stress relief.
