Super friendly! Explained the process really well and made we feel so comfortable, will definitely but heading back! Wax was time-efficient and through - made sure to check no spots or strays were missed! Studio was clean and practice was very hygienic! I arrived a little early but Kathryn was more than happy to bring me up and get started!

Surprisingly relaxing as far as waxing goes. Laura knows her stuff and it’s an easy conversation with her throughout. Definitely coming back for more treatments. I would recommend her beauty parlour.

The best facial I have ever had! I was so so relaxed, Rebecca has the perfect pressure and perfect touch. She was so friendly yet still professional. My skin was glowing afterwards too! I also had an lvl lash lift afterwards - Rebecca is an absolute perfectionist, they look lovely and give a real wow! Thank you xx

I have been unable to get to No 5 for a while and this was my first visit back for a few months. Let me say, what an absolute pleasure it was to walk through the door! Laura has built a very professional business there in Wetherby. The salon is always so welcoming and with the addition of the lovely Bex last year more appointments are available, what a bonus! My recent visit didn't disappoint and after 30 seconds through the door it was like it hadn't been so long. My treatment was great and I couldn't have been made to feel more comfortable. Amazing ! Becca is an extremely professional, warm and friendly therapist . Her facials are utter bliss , she does the most incredible LVL lashes and I’ve also started going for her reflexology treatments , which are out of this world . So relaxing ! I would 100% recommend .
