Caz is incredibly attentive. I’ve never been iced before during laser treatment and it makes such a difference — the treatment is virtually painless. She’s so kind, welcoming, and makes you feel completely at ease. I love coming to my appointments, and the results have been amazing.

Eva was fantastic, so friendly and welcoming and the tan was really lovely. She was knowledgeable and advised about which product I should choose based on what I wanted. Was very happy with it and think I actually prefer it to my usual go to place for a spray tan so will definitely be back.

I phoned Enerchi requesting an urgent appointment as I had pulled my back badly and was struggling to walk. Although full they manipulated the appointments to fit me in I had Jo for the massage who was absolutely fantastic. The massage was amazing and has made a huge difference to my mobility.
