I had the hot shell massage today and it was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer! The team is friendly and the salon itself is very welcoming. I would highly recommend and will certainly go back for more treatments.

I had hybrid eyebrow lamination with Olivia and am very happy with it. The studio is gorgeous. So relaxing and spotlessly clean. Nice location, away from the hustle of central Canterbury, but close enough to drive back quickly. Really handy to have free parking on site. Olivia is a lovely, skilled therapist and I will be returning for more treatments in the future. Highly recommend!

Loved it! We had a lovely evening with Molly, she really looked after us both. The treatments were amazing and we both bought retail. Fabulous the only suggestion would be having some magazines to hand but then we may not have read all the product info instead a bought them. Being a "woman of a certain age" I have been to a lot of beauty salons over the years and I can honestly say that Kay's is hands down the best one - I have had multiple treatments ranging from nails to waxing to massage to facials to lashes - all of which have been 10/10 - truly. In a nutshell - if you want a first class treatment then look no further. These ladies know their stuff and it is a joy and a pleasure frequenting Kay's salon.

Nice pedi and manicure. Place was clean and tidy and happy with the result. I felt the price was high (£75) as it was a naked w/o polish on either feet or hands, which would be the barrier to coming back soon, but I have no complaints on what was done.

First time visiting. Used the sunbed facility, was greeted by a lovely member of staff. Felt very welcomed. Was very clear with explaining how to use the sunbed. Very clean, rooms are well maintained and spacious. Definitely be going back 😀
