Great Lomi Lomi massage by Christian this evening. Everything was explained in full detail and Christian definitely matched the massage to my needs, taking into account a hip issue I have. The atmosphere was total calm and relaxation from start to finish whilst encouraging me to focus on some deep breathing to further enhance . I highly recommend Christian for any massage that you may be considering. Will definitely be back for more.

I would highly recommend Lene. On my first appointment she listened in detail to my diagnosis, she offered great advise and treatment. There were some areas of my condition she wanted to research, not even knowing I would be back for another appointment, she did the research. Our next appointment was helpful and the treatment made be feel relaxed and comfortable. I'm booked in for 2 weeks time! Amazing service, qoukd highly recommend for any one who is suffering complex arthritis!

I had a lovely treatment from Sarah. She was warm, efficient and seemed very experienced. I would highly recommend her! The only event which was a bit disruptive was a fire alarm going off (twice) to which Sarah responded quickly and without hesitation. Overall, I rate my experience highly and will be back!

Had a great myofascial massage with Lisa today after experiencing DOMS from my return to Pilates after a month away. Lisa was incredibly intuitive, applying just the right amount of pressure to provide much-needed relief. I left feeling lighter, less tight, and ready to get back to my routine. Highly recommend!

Superb deep tissue massage from Lolly - helping to get my legs in particular back in shape following a lot of hilly hiking over the summer. I have been going to Natural Balance whenever I’ve needed some ‘maintenance’ for 15 years+ and seen a number of therapists in that time - all excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had my eyebrows worked with Semi Permanent Pigment by Charlotte at The Parlour. Extremely happy with the results that covered previously Microbladed brows that were uneven and dated. Charlotte had brought them back to life and reshaped them whilst evening the colour tone. Charlotte is extremely competent and has done a fantastic job on my brows. Very professional and equally friendly making me comfortable and relaxe.The Parlour is an immaculate salon and I would recommend Charlotte to work on your brows. I thought mine were destined to be uneven and faded but she has worked wonders on them.

A lovely deaf friendly place, loved my manicure. My daughter loved it too! We’ll be back x
